Kelly Catlin (November 3, 1995 – March 7, 2019) was an American professional racing cyclist who rode for UCI Women's Team Human Powered Health.

Kelly's first suicide attempt caused hypoxic damage and elevated her cardiac enzymes, resulting in shortness of breath. Her concussion symptoms also returned.
