2016/7/29 -My guess is that you have multiple entries because you ran the vms in Windows 10 then reverted. Are there multiple entries in the media manager?

In my case there was no "reset" present in the entry for the Virtual Machine that was causing an issue. I just located the entry in C:\Users\LocalUserName\.
