Since my recent Japan trip, I switched my breakfast to a Japanese one. Miso soup, natto on rice, and I added fruit too. I can get daily chopstick use, and the low fat and fermented foods are better for me than my old breakfast. I wish it had less sodium though 😅 いただきます 😄 pic.twitter.com/qd5z9Q8XBd
