スレッド参照。反ユダヤ主義は国際人道法より優先されるものでは無いので、それを理由にジェノサイドが出来る訳では無い。また、人種差別や民族浄化などの普遍的なカテゴリーとは別に反ユダヤ主義を定義してもそれは単なる自文化中心主義の亜型でしかなく、国際秩序の規範とすべきものでも無い。
