海洋の魚類相把握におけるプライマーとサンプリング方法の評価 AcMDB07; MiFish; Tele04、Fish16S; Fish16SFD; Vert16Sを使い、深度と濾過フィルターの口径の影響も評価 結論、0.45umのフィルターを使い表層と底層でサンプリングし、Fish16S/Vert16S/AcMDB07を組み合わせて使用するのが良いとのこと
