小児性愛、それは精神的な病です。こういう人は公の仕事についてはいけません。防ぐためには「小児性愛は許さない」という世間の強い意思表示が必要です。また、健全な家庭教育や学校教育を地道に行うことが必要です。病に対しては早期発見、早期治療をすべきです。
