palestinians are us. they are people with hobbies, talents, dreams, favorite foods. maybe it makes it easier to ignore their suffering if you don’t think about that & that’s why so many ppl can’t comprehend palestinians liking anime & kpop or creating art or playing basketball

my syrian cousin is literally the one who got me into kpop, she’s the reason i found skz. middle easterners are you. the only thing that differentiates them & you is simply the place where you were born. they could have been you, that could have been your family. never forget it
