The Four Sword creates 分身 (Bunshin), alter egoes or copies of oneself, fragmenting the soul. We see this also with Agahnim/Ganon, Ciela and Oshus, who all fragmented their soul to create a Bunshin. The Tri Rod uses the power of カリモノ (Karimono), meaning "Borrowed Thing"
