This last part, is there simpler way to say: 何かが欠けているような気がする (nanika ga kakete iru yō na ki ga suru): I feel like something is missing... Like: unsatisfactory, or too bad, or not enough

A few days ago, I came across the word ごはん which meant meal instead of rice, is that ごはん different from 食べもの which means food here?!🙏🏿
