see me pouring ponzu (sauce made of citrus vinegar). It's refreshing - perfect for summer. おろし (oroshi something grated) comes from おろす orosu to grate. The grater is called おろしがね oroshi-gane, the がね gane comes from 金(かね kane = gold, money, also metal in general
