ロシア経済 経済制裁で輸入が減るので、経常収支はむしろ黒字化。実際、侵略始めた2022年は原油高もあって経常収支黒字は過去最高レベルかと。2022年以降は鈍化してますが、輸出制裁は効いてない気が。 開発独裁と同じ効果があるので、輸入代替で国内産業強くなるとすると....無茶苦茶悩ましいです。 x.com/robin_j_brooks…
