My biggest surprise from this Tokyo trip was learning about #monjayaki (もんじゃ焼き) or "monja," as recommended by @ACCN. This is the Kantō region's take on Kansai's okonomiyaki. It seems to be sloppier, too, unless it was the nature of the squid ink monja I ordered. pic.twitter.com/InpF1M2zNK
