maybe there was another controversy idk of but Sorb3t's Berry wasn't "faking an accent" and "acting like a weeaboo" she was literally saying the word strawberry in japanese which is ストロベリー(sutoroberī) tf did y'all want her to do

they were just girls tryin to follow a dream like..... they did NOT deserve the hate they got. plus, berry wasn't even "faking" japanese! ストロベリー is actually a legit way of saying strawberry in jp, when you're talking about foreign stuff or names (such as idol groups!)

it was kinda fascinating watching ppl bully one for saying ストロベリーas if that isnt how you say strawberry in japanese. you literally need to say the word with a japanese accent to have it be right, my japanese teachers make me do it cuz thats how you say the word
