Boil the taro
Cut green chilli, ginger, garlic, onion and tomato
Peel the taro
Dissolve powdered spices (coriander, paprika, cumin, turmeric, chili, garam masala) and salt in water to make a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan
Add brown mustard seed, ajwain seed and transfer the fragrance to the oil.
Add the onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté
Add powder spice paste
Add taro
Add tomato
Add Kasoori Methi Leaf to finish
Put atta, ajwan seeds, salt and oil in a bowl and mix.
Knead while adding water
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll out
Deep frying with oil
