Introduction
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Peel and slice apples
Add sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla extract and stir well
Add apples and stir until apples are completely coated with filling
Pulse ingredients together until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs
Pour apple pie filling into prepared pie crust
Bake on 425F for 15 minutes
Allow apple pie to cool completely before enjoying
