Place the nose clip securely over your nose.
Breathe in QUICKLY, DEEPLY and FORCEFULLY through your device.
Breathe out through the device slowly and gently.
Perform 30 breaths, twice a day (i.e. morning then evening).
Relax your shoulders; don't allow them to move up towards your ears.
