Use your fingertips to spread rice thinly and evenly
Place a suchi mat, covered in plastic wrap, over the rice
Carefully flip the nori and rice over
Use the mat to help roll the nori over
Tuck the roll firmly with your fingers
Tightly wrap the sushi roll in plastic wrap
