仕込み編のおさらいです。
6か月間の経過です。
1. ざるとこし布を使ってみりんを濾します。
2. 残ったみりん粕(こぼれ梅)です。
3. 濾したみりんを1日置きます。
4. コーヒーフィルターを使って再度濾します。
5. 火入れ(低温殺菌、65度で15分)をします。
6. 火入れしたみりんを冷却します。
7. 瓶詰めします。
8. できあがった本みりんです。
