HOW TO MAKE SWEET ZONGZI (STICKY RICE DUMPLINGS)
Rinse 400 grams (2 cups) stick rice a few times
If using dried bamboo leaves, boil 5 - 8 minutes before using
Fold the leaves with both hands to shape them like a funnel without leaving an opening at the bottom
Add red bean paste
Fold the longer side of the leaf as a lid to cover the rice
Tie it up with cotton twine (I used stalk here)
Place the zongzi in a large pot and add water until it almost covers the zongzi
Cover and cook over high heat
Untie the zongzi right before serving
