其實製作方法非常之簡單 大家只需要買齊材料就可開工 The steps are simple
將三至四粒馬蹄沖洗乾淨、刻皮和切碎 Rinse, peel and dice the water chestnut (3-4pcs)
將粉漿過篩一次,隔去粗粒和雜質 Sift the batter
用中至细火將片糖煮溶 Boil and melt the slab sugar over low to medium heat
糖桂花三湯匙 Osmanthus sugar 3tbsp
加入馬蹄碎 Add the diced water chestnut
當糖水再次微微滾起,就馬上熄火 When the syrup is slightly boiled again, remove from heat
倒入已開的粉漿並拌勻 Add the batter and mix well
