In a microwave safe dish, combine dark chocolate and peanut butter
Microwave for 1 minute on high

8-inch (20cm) square pan grease with butter

Dark chocolate 300g (10.5oz) - chop
Sweetened condensed milk 1 can (400g)
Butter 2 tablespoons (30g)
cook over low heat, stirring frequently until completely melted and incorporated
let cool to room temperature
refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours
cut into squares
put the milk, butter, sugar and condensed milk in a large saucepan
add condensed milk
increase the heat and bring to the boil for 10 mins
the mixture needs to reach 115C on a thermometer
remove from the heat and leave to cool to 110C
whisk in the vanilla bean paste, using an electric whisk until it cools to 60C
leave to set in a cool place
