Sheera Puri in 10 minutes
Add a cup of sugar (or jaggery)
Dissolve the sugar over a medium flame
Stir well & boil for 2 minutes
Heat oil in kadai for deep frying at medium flame
Pour water & make the dough
Knead the dough
Take one ball dust with flour
Fry on both sides until it turns light golden
Dip the all the puri, in the sugar syrup
Add 1 cup urad dal.
Add water and soak dal for 1-2 hours.
Add 1/4 cup garlic pieces.
Add 1/4 cup sliced green chilies.
Add 1 glass of water and boil.
Let the syrup get mild thickened.
Heat oil and place small lump of batter in oil, when it raises oil is ready to make vada.
Make vada on hands or on polythene sheet and drop in oil
When vada is done, drop vada directly in jaggery syrup.
Serve hot or chilled.
Roughly Chopped Dry Coconut Pieces - 1 Cup
Dry Roast - Medium Heat - 5 minutes
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Drain to a plate & keep aside
Fry - low heat - till brown
Sesame Seeds / Til - 1 Tbsp , fry few seconds
Let all the ingredients heat reduce completely
First Grind dry coconut pieces Coarsely
Cumin / Jeera - 1 Tbsp
Dish out & store in an Air Tight Container
