medium onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
2 tsp red chilli pickle masala
1 tsp mustard oil
2-3 tsp water
2 cups whole wheat flour, kneaded into a dough with ghee, salt & sufficient water
Add Salt as per taste
Heat 1 cup of salt in this vessel
now cover it and let it heat for 10 minutes on medium flame
Now cover it and bake them on medium high flame until brownish-red in colour
For chokha take Tomatoes and roast them on medium flame
Put the tomatoes on a wire stand and roast them on medium flame
Roast tomatoes by turning their sides til tomatoes skin turn dark brown
Now crush all roughly
Now Litti chokha is ready to serve
Wheat Flour 1.5 cup Salt 1 tbsp
Sattu (Roasted Gram Flour) 200 gm
Mix the Grind mixture of Chilli, Ginger and Garlic with sattu
Ajwain seeds 1/2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves
Take small sized dough and form cup like structure
Roll it into balls
Place Litti in appe pan
Serve it with Chokha and Ghee
Add salt and oil into flour and mix it well
Put all the stuffing ingredients into a mixing bowl
Make small and equal size of dough balls
Bring the edges together
Put the litti on baking tray
Fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown
Apply little amount of ghee or oil on it
Turn on the flame and put a fulka stand on it
Peel it properly
Ready to serve with chokha and green chutney
