Soak soybeans into water for 3-5 hours or overnight.
Discard water and rinse soybeans for 2-3 times.
Add soybeans and water to blender
Add more water and continue blend until smooth
Note : 300 g Soybeans need 6 liter of Water
Boil for 25-30 minutes on medium heat.
Strain the milk using butter muslin or a nut milk bag.

Introduction
Soak the Soy Chunks in hot water for about 15 to 20 mins. Once its soaked squeeze out the water from soya chunks.
Mix Soy chunks with 2 tbsp of corn flour & 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Deep fry till golden brown and keep aside.
Add Ching’s Secret Veg Manchurian Masala to 2 cup water and mix well. Keep aside.
Place a wok or pan on the heat, heat the oil. Then add garlic, ginger and sauté them on a medium heat for a few seconds, till aromatic.
Add the cut vegetables, sauté on a high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until the vegetables get slightly cooked, but retain their crunch.
Add fried soy chunk and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add Veg Manchurian Masala mixture and stir well & bring it to boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Garnish with spring onion. Serve the Soy Chunks Manchurian Gravy along with a bowl of steamed rice.
