Bring coconut milk to boil on medium flame
Stir occasionally,until liquid starts to thicken
As oil starts to separate and solid begin to form, stir regularly
Continue to cook & stir until curds turn golden brown
Cook sticky rice in a rice cooker or pot with less water so as not to cook it completely
Set it to low-heat & stir the mixture until it thickens
Add sticky rice to thick coconut milk & brown sugar mixture
Make sure not to overcook it to retain ideal taste and texture
Stop cooking once the sticky rice turns brown and dry
Garnish with coconut curds (latik) and serve
