CASCARA Coffee Cherry Tea
CASCARA is the dried fruit of the coffee cherry.
The skins are dried, aged, and used as tea in many countries.
Place the cascara in a french press or kettle
Add 300 grams (1/4 cups or 10 ounces) of 200°F water
Let steep for 4 minutes.
Steep for 4 minutes more.
Stir again.
Filter & serve.
