Add full fat milk in a sauce pan
Add fresh cream in sauce pan.
Stir continuously. The flame should be between medium to low.
Heat the milk till bubbles appear on sides of the pan
Switch off the flame and little by little add lemon juice and stir gently
Keep a sieve on a bowl. Place a muslin cloth over the sieve.
Place the sieve on a pan and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup curd in jar and 1/4 tsp salt.
Cover with lid and blend till it becomes creamy.
Store in an airtight container and keep in fridge. It will get more thick in fridge.
