Place into a large bowl, add 1 Tbsp. Salt, 2 Tbsp. Sugar and 1/2 cup Vodka. Mix well, let it marinate for 7 minutes.
Add ice to help keep the shrimp cold.
After 7 minutes, rinse with water.
Place inside a large pot.
Add in 1 Tbsp. Salt and 1 1/2 Tbsp. Vodka. Mix well. Let it cook on medium heat until pink.
Drain out the cooked Shrimp. Set aside to cool.
Dry the Shrimp. Best to detain the sun when it's around 90 degrees F to 100 degrees F. You can use the oven or a dehydrator if you want.

Sometimes the shell still sticks to the shrimp. Remove it by hand if you need to.
