Cut butter into cubes
Add egg by coating butter all around the flour
Cut off the edge with a knife or dough scraper
Bake at 350 fahrenheit
Add milk vanilla beans and half of the sugar
Mix egg yolks and granite sugar
Start heating it at medium heat

Store the dough for up to five days in a fridge

Bake your cooled dough for about 20 minutes.
Let it cool while we make our custard cream
Whisk your flour, starch, sugar and egg yolks until smooth and pale in color.
When the milk is warm, temper your egg mixture by adding it slowly while whisking.
Shut off the heat.
Add in vanilla extract.
Wrap it with cling film, touching the warm custard. Let it cool in the fridge.
Place your desired fruits on top.
