Required Tools: Hand Press Crimp Tool Cutter Knife Torque Screwdriver Wire Cutter Non-contact voltage tester Phillips Screwdriver Heat Gun Electrical Insulated Gloves
Important: Check there is no voltage with a Non-Contact Voltage Tester
Check and label wire polarities L - Live N - Neutral E - Earth (colors may differ by country or region)
Set and attach GTX Wall Plate with 50mm screws
Double check polarites are correct
Set and attach GTX-D NCF receptacle with 8mm screws
Tighten with Torque Screwdriver Recommended torque value: 110cN/m
Furutech's award winning NCF Booster (Link in the description)
Use a MH-38 hand press at 8AWG setting and crimp 4 times for each wire
Cover exposed wire with shrink tube
Shrink with heat gun
If necessary connect shield to ground wire and cover with shrink tube (not shown in this video)
Insert spades in to correct polarities Brown = L, Blue = N, Clear =E
Use torque driver to complete tightening
Max torque force: 120cN/m Min torque force: 80cN/m
