Boil Azuki beans for 5 minutes
Place the beans in a cups of water
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
Transfer to a food processor
Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth
Put the strained paste in a pot
Add sugar
Cook at medium low heat
stirring constantly about 15 minutes
Transfer to a flat container and cool
1 lb Red Bean (Azuki), soaked overnight, cane sugar
lower the heat, cover & simmer until the beans soften
get a big sieve & bowl ready
discard the red bean skins
pour the red bean paste into a milk bag
drain about 10 minutes
stir the paste for about 25 to 30 minutes
continue to stir until the sugar melted
10 minutes later...
store in the fridge until ready to use
