Pre-heat the water The ideal temperature is around 90°C
Add the water to the brewer until it touches the bottom of the valve.
Fill the basket with coffee ground for Moka preparation
Place the filter in the basket screw in the brewer and cook on low heat.
A small amount of water we used 5 ml prevents coffee from burning and becoming bitter.
Mix the coffee with a spoon before pouring into cups.
Take the pot down from the burner before you hear the hissing sound.
