Yes, I did. I think it's because the author breaks everything down into small, manageable steps.

Yeah, they essentially share the same foundation, the habit formation cycle.
Atomic Habits expands 3 steps of cue, routine, and reward from The Power of Habit, to 4 steps of cue, craving, response, and reward.
I'm always looking for ways to improve my habits. I'll definitely check it out.
