The decoration obscures the first character, but the text columns read: 明治二十六年十二月刊 徳育集成 鐡幹斎蔵梓 The seal repeats the 鐡幹. A bit hard to see there; you can see it better in the title page to another book by Tekkansai (source: wul.waseda.ac.jp/kotenseki/html… ) #366in24 pic.twitter.com/uRzryPVDWX

This one must have been taken somewhere in Hokkaidō Historical Village 北海道開拓の村, the destination for my student group that day in 2014. But which building? I don't know. Anyone? The poem is by Senge Takanori 千家尊紀 (1882-1911), and presum. dates from 1905... #366in24
